UI with a bar mod (yeah, its insanely huge; I just wanted to see what it would look like):

Check out the retarded belt! And note how much thicker Alese is with that robe on:

It was tempting, but I hadn’t time to fool around with the lesbian whore:

Speaking of whoring… Check out these:

Yeah, this is a lonely teenage boy’s game.
For me, it’s a waste of time. Saying this game has flaws is a massive understatement. While I’m not far into it, I still expected to have some fun as I quested/explored; but there has been none.
My 2 cents:
If you’re looking for a MMORPG to play that is fantasy based, consider these:
World of Warcraft – Questing is entertaining, UI is good (check out the bizillion mods and alter it to your liking), community is massive, and even after three-and-a-half years it is still growing and thriving.
Everquest – Old school! Oldie but still a goodie! Equally as entertaining as WoW yet with a much more “High Fantasy” feel. Thanks to The Serpent’s Spine expansion, this gem helps solo gamers get more for their buck (thank you for the Drakkin!).
Everquest 2 – The future of Norrath! EQ’s sequel is very entertaining; perhaps a fair mix of WoW and EQ. With 19 races to choose from, a gamer can become quite unique. Interesting classes (/sub-classes) and the ability to defect to the opposing faction is great. The game lacks the fun and humor found in WoW and the “High Fantasy” feel of EQ; it certainly stands on its own.
